We accept returns on most unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused & Unopened – The item must be in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and tags included.
✔ In Resellable Condition – The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification.
✔ Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
- Securely pack the item and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in the return approval email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Refunds & Processing Timeframes
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned product.
- The refund amount will cover the purchase price of the item only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
✔ How to Request an Exchange:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- If approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the defective or incorrect item.
- A replacement product will be sent once we receive the returned item.
🚫 Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different style or model, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

- Customers must cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
✔ Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not been processed for shipping.
